I was recently asked to design a logo for a local charitable foundation.  Logo design is not something I would normally take on, but I drew several ideas out and presented them.  This is the logo which was chosen.  My son, who works in digital art, assisted me in photoshop to get my hand drawn ideas completed for our client.  I am very proud of the result.  In taking on this challenge, I have learned that even the simplest of artwork can take time to plan and perfect.  Although, I am always willing to challenge myself, upon the request of a client, I am also not afraid to ask for assistance to complete the request properly.  Also, I will let the client know when something is beyond my realm.
